Iron Musket Ball Mould Pliers. Circa 17th-18th century CE. 118 mm. Complete musket shot mould made from iron, for large lead bullets. It is made from two halves hinged together to resemble a pair of scissors. Both halves have a small hole on the seam, to allow the molten lead to be poured in. The central rivet is still in place and the handles can be moved.
